We’re a small, family-owned painting company proudly serving Fort Atkinson, Jefferson County, Greater Madison, and surrounding South-Central Wisconsin communities. With over 20 years of combined experience in the painting industry, we specialize in professional interior painting and kitchen cabinet refinishing with a strong focus on quality, communication, and care.

Our journey to entrepreneurship began with a commitment to doing things differently. After years of working with a reputable painting company, we realized our ideas for improving quality, efficiency, and the overall customer experience were not being fully implemented. With a shared vision for a higher standard, we made the decision to launch Beach House Painting in 2019 and bring our own approach to fine-finish painting to South-Central Wisconsin.

The name Beach House Painting came from a simple moment during an early trip to Target. Dan saw a T-shirt featuring a beach and sunset horizon that reminded him of a Sherwin-Williams color deck. He looked at it and said, “That’s it! Beach House Painting.” What started as a small moment became the foundation of our family business.

Today, we specialize in interior painting and kitchen cabinet refinishing, using premium products, proven methods, and detailed preparation to create smooth, lasting finishes. Our work is guided by craftsmanship, communication, and a genuine respect for the homes and families we serve.

Our methods have been shaped by years of testing products, studying fine finishers across the country, and refining our approach to avoid the common pitfalls of painting projects. That commitment allows us to deliver clean, professional results while staying true to the standard that inspired us to start Beach House Painting in the first place.
